Where are your products made?

Our artisan craft is hand-made small batch weaving by our hill tribe artisans in the villages of Northern Thailand.  All of our artisans create within a clean, safe and ethical environment.

Do your products vary from the product photos on your site?

One of the things that makes hand-woven products so unique and sought after is the fact that they can vary quite a bit from item to item and from batch to batch.  There will be color variances from the natural dye process from lot to lot, natural imperfections in the weave and other beautiful nuances that make them one of a kind.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping, only domestic shipping throughout the U.S. 

What is your return policy?

We are grateful of your support to our artisans through your purchase and hope it brings you great joy! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see return policy for more information.
